Refund policy

Sanveo Global, UAB accepts returns under the conditions below.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

2. U.S. and International Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

4. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion after completion of carrier investigation.

5. Customs Refusal

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any refund will be reduced by:

Original shipping costs,

Return shipping costs,

Customs handling or brokerage fees.

6. Inspection and Refund Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if products show signs of use, tampering, or policy abuse.

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny future orders or refunds in cases of fraudulent chargebacks or excessive return abuse.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
