These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of websites www.sanvee.co, www.sanvee.eu, www.sanvee.lt and related domains (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Sanveo Global, UAB, a company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania, company registration number 307133020, VAT number LT100017754413, registered office Partizanų g. 61-806, LT-49282 Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter “SANVEE”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You represent that:
• You are at least 18 years of age; or
• You are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly sell products to minors.
2. Products and Medical Disclaimer
Our products are food supplements.
Statements on this Website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

For shipments outside the European Union (including the United States), import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Unauthorized Resale
Products are sold for personal use only.
Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel bulk or suspicious orders.
6. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Photos, Videos, Social Media)
By submitting reviews, uploading photos or videos, tagging @sanvee.co, or otherwise authorizing reposting, you grant SANVEE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and use such content in any media, including advertising and social media.
You represent that:
• You own or control the rights to the content,
• You have obtained consent from anyone appearing in it,
• The content does not contain false, misleading, or unsubstantiated medical claims,
• It does not include disease claims or terms such as “cure”, “treat”, or “prevent”.
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate applicable laws,
• Engage in fraud or abusive chargebacks,
• Interfere with Website functionality,
• Make false claims regarding our products.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Your User-Generated Content,
• Your violation of third-party rights.
11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (U.S. Customers)
If you are located in the United States:
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.
You waive the right to:
• Participate in a class action,
• Participate in class arbitration,
• Trial by jury.
Arbitration may be conducted remotely.
This clause does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
For non-U.S. customers, disputes shall be subject to Lithuanian courts.
EU consumers retain mandatory rights under their local consumer protection laws.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SANVEE.
