Shipping policy

Sanveo Global, UAB (“SANVEE”) ships internationally from Lithuania.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to high order volume, fraud verification, customs issues, or events beyond our control.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

• Lithuania

• European Union countries

• United States

3. International Shipping – United States (Customs Duties & Taxes)

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, clearance charges, and applicable federal, state, or local taxes as determined by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection authority and other relevant governmental agencies.

Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees displayed at checkout and shall be borne solely by the recipient. These fees are collected by the designated carrier or customs authority upon or prior to delivery and must be paid in order for the shipment to be released.

For orders with a total value exceeding 239 USD, the Company may provide free shipping at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the recipient shall remain fully responsible for the payment of any and all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance costs, or other related charges associated with the importation of the goods into the United States.

Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, return of the shipment, or destruction of the goods by customs authorities. In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for any losses, additional shipping costs, or refunds related to the returned or destroyed shipment.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lithuania: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

United States: 3–7 business days

Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities are outside our control.

5. Free Shipping

Free shipping thresholds apply as displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies only to standard delivery services selected by SANVEE.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, all import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. Risk and Title

Title transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returned shipments due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay customs duties will be refunded minus shipping and return costs.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
